Have you been thinking about trying alcohol ink? This is the perfect  beginner class! Learn how to decorate with alcohol ink markers like a  pro! In this class, your expert instructor will walk you through the  process of how to decorate your purse.

In this class you will have options for:

• 1 purse (single insert): $35 deposit, $25 due to the venue
• 1 reversible / lined purse (two inserts): $45 deposit, $25 due to the venue
• 1 clutch (larger size, single insert): $55 deposit, $25 due to the venue
• 1 reversible / lined clutch (two inserts): $65 deposit, $25 due to the venue
• 1 purse + 1 clutch (single insert): $75 deposit, $25 due to the venue

The plastic casing is pre-sewn, in class you will learn to work with  alcohol ink markers, blending solution and mica powder to create your  own custom design. Go rogue and create a design from scratch or use some  of our templates for inspo!

Included in your price of this ticket is:

- A super easy step by step learn to make class run by your fabulous teacher

CLASS FAQ

Resin is a chemical, please make an informed choice

Resin is a chemical and as such we ask that you first review our resin information page here which is extremely thorough in addressing all elements of resin  (including a copy of the safety data sheet). If you are pregnant,  breastfeeding or a child please read them and make an informed decision.  This class is a functional piece, which means you will seal your art  supplies with resin. Once this resin has been cured for 14 days it is  considered inert and therefore food safe under 

the FDA regulations.

Travelling with your work

This is a resin class, you will travel home with 4 water tumblers in a  4 piece coffee cup holder. The resin you are working with is clear, but  you will need to keep your work level during travel, this is extremely  important as your work will otherwise move (resin is a fluid medium  similar to honey). We recommend travelling via UBER or taxi to allow you  to hold your work with both hands to transport it home.

Colours

This class will come with a pre-prepared and portioned set of  materials for you to access at your workstation to allow you to assemble  your project. You won't choose colours for this class, you are working  with clear resin and a variety of ocean-themed elements which you will  encapsulate/cast in epoxy art resin.

Parking

At this time of day, there is ample street parking available directly opposite the venue and more behind the building.

What to wear to class?

We can not provide aprons due to covid regulations and so we  encourage you to BYO an apron if it is your preference. You will be  seated outside at this venue. During summer this is gorgeous, during  winter it's still gorgeous but a little on the chilly side so wear  something warm and enjoy a glass of vino to warm yourself up!

Can I pre-order a meal?

No, the venue provides a special discounted menu for Sip 'n' Dip  Classes. If you have special dietary requirements you can contact them  direct.

What size is this class

This class may vary from 10-40 people depending on any given night. We send additional teachers when class sizes are larger.
