Here at our Sip and Dip we offer FUN art not FINE art, enjoy a guided learn to make class! 

Have you been thinking about trying out Polymer Clay? This is the perfect beginner class! Learn how to sip, dip and make your way to a masterpiece with us! In this class, your instructor will walk you through the process of how to make a collection of fun items from a polymer clay slab!

We are using Mont Marte Polymer Clay, so to check the colour combinations available for the night compare the tickets listed on this event, to their website to view colours.

Included in your price of this ticket is:

- Dinner from the Coffee Club Sip 'n' Dip Menu (please contact the venue of dietary questions)

- A Glass of wine

- A super easy step by step learn to make class run by your fabulous teacher

- All the equipment and materials you will need for a fantastic night out

What you will make on the night:

- A collection of polymer clay beads 

- A collection of earrings (5-8 Pairs or more depending on the sizes you opt to do)

What you can assemble with them once you bake them:

You will be working with 4 packets of clay (240 grams) so depending on what you decide to make, what sizes you choose and 

- A lanyard or keyring

- A necklace

- A collection of earrings

What you will take home in your kit to assemble your work

Any spare clay you didn't use from your pack in class

1 tray to carry your work home on

1 Small Tube Superglue

1 Tassel

1 keyring

1 String of bungee cord

1 sheet of baking paper

1 Packet of jewellery basics (Jumprings, lobster clasps, Earring Hooks, and 60 cm of chain)

What you will need at home to finish the job:

A set of pliers

Some spray gloss varnish (Kmart stock's it cheaply in their craft section)

What will happen on the night:

Below is the timing of your class. During the maker session, your teacher will show you how to make beads in a variety of patterns, and show you how to apply gold foil and glitter for something a little extra (cheat sheets are provided with a list of patterns you can apply to your beads and your teacher can help you step by step), then you will create a colourful slab and cut shapes from it to make earrings, create holes for hanging and at the end of the session head home with a tray full of work ready to bake and make!

5 pm - Arrival at the Coffee Club Orion, check in & order dinner

5.45pm - Transition to your spot in the workshop

6:00pm - Class commences

8:/30pm - Class Concludes

USING A GIFT-CARD TO PAY

If you are using a gift card to pay for your ticket please book in using the ‘manual payment’ option on our website, then forward your ticket email confirmation toaccounts@sipndip.com.au along with your gift card information. We will manually mark your ticket as paid from our end and decommission the gift card from our end.
