- Your Art class & teacher to guide you

Class FAQ

Hows it works?

On arrival, check in with the Sip 'n' Dip Staff member on site who will show you where your class is located, then head to the bar to pay your $25 and order your meal. Once everyone has eaten (approximately 30-40 Minutes into the event) your art teacher will commence your class. While other guests eat your teacher will also help you collect the kit before class.

Hows the ticketing work?

You will pay a deposit to hold your spot and finalize your payment on arrival at the venue at $25 a head which will cover your meal and drink - full bar available on-site if you wish to purchase further drinks.

Traveling with your work

You will be traveling with a tray where you have glued down your design, you will not apply your resin clear coat until you get your work home and level. But please take care not to bump your design on your way home.

Parking

There is plenty of parking available on-site at no cost to you.

What to wear to class?

You will be working with art supplies, they will 100% ruin your clothing. Please dress appropriately or BYO an apron. Due to the risk of spreading covid in the community at this time,   we do not offer aprons.

Can I pre-order a meal?

No. 

Which colours will there be?

On the evening you are making 'rainbow' mosaic lazy Susan’s, that is to say you will use a collection of coloured tiles available on the evening. You are given the freedom to create your own custom design. If you want to create a single colour / heavily limited colour design, we encourage you to BYO extra tiles (available for $10 a box at bunnings) or to please use the larger tiles provided and cut your tiles to shape to ensure that other guests are able to access the supply of rainbow coloured pieces for their Susan that they paid for. We make provisions for supplies of larger tiles in block colours to allow you to break your tiles down if you prefer to have one colour-heavy design. This will also ensure you have enough tiles for your design in your chosen colours and to ensure that you are not upset if a particular colour is exhausted before you are finished your design.

What happens if I can't make it?

You can find the terms and conditions here. For this class, you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days

What size is this class

Onsite on the evening, there could be 60 people across various classes onsite.

The size varies and the images above are a guide for mosaic classes held in the past, here is a link to the lazy susan you will complete for this class and it is approx 25cm across.
