Have you been thinking about trying a sip and paint class? This is the perfect beginner class! Learn how to sip, dip and paint your way to a masterpiece with us! In this class, your expert instructor will walk you through the process of how to paint the piece depicted above step by step until you are done.

REFUNDS / NO SHOWS 

We will not offer refunds, but with 24 hours notice, we will offer credits. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, last-minute unavailability, forgetting to come to class or for any other reason. If you provide us 24 hours notice we will provide a credit that you can transfer to any class. You otherwise forfeit your class fee. If you do not provide notice, we will not offer credits or refunds. We adhere to this policy strictly due to the high number of no shows resulting in people who attempt to claim credits and refunds after the event has passed. We have to purchase materials well in advance for classes due to stock shortages, and we sell out quickly. Our classes are capped due to covid limiting our profitability so when we list a class we have already purchased the materials we needed for that number of people. When you don't turn up and ask for a refund later, it costs us the cost of your ticket, the cost of the ticket we could have on-sold, the cost of the excess stock we can no longer use due to shortages and the admin time in rectifying it.  It is, for this reason, we will not offer refunds, but with 24 hours notice, we will offer credits.

COVID

We have seen a huge spike in no shows without notice claiming cold and flu symptoms in order to attempt to claim a refund. We are a small business and its transparent that these reflect the regular no shows attempting to get around the policy. If you have cold and flu symptoms please do not come to class. However, if you would like a credit for your class you are required to let us know ASAP and provide a medical certificate OR an isolation notice. We will not refund, we will provide a credit that you can transfer to any class provided we can see from the medical certificate or isolation notice that your advice was made to us ASAP after finding out. We otherwise will not transfer.
