Sip 'n' Dip - Local Business Owners
Sip 'n' Dip Australia has built a reputation by years of delivering quality customer experiences through providing clients with the opportunity to get creative more often, for an affordable price. We offer arts and crafts classes in local cafes and restaurants.
Sip 'n' Dip Australia Pty Ltd is the company that owns the brand by way of intellectual property. This includes a host of policies, procedures, supports, class processes, photos, marketing collateral, logos, class designs, and more carefully created through trial and error as our business grew.
In 2021, Sip 'n' Dip Australia commenced the process of licensing our Intelectual Property to allow entrepreneurs to use it to create their own small businesses, by midnight December 31st 2021 Sip 'n' Dip Australia will finalise the transition meaning all classes across our network will be run by small local operators licenced to use our Intelectual property.
This will mean Sip 'n' Dip will be entirely made up of many small business owners who purchase the rights ongoing to use our intellectual property in exchange for a royalty fee.
We are not a franchise, we do not control the operations of our Sip 'n' Dip business owners and do not control any aspects of their businesses, whilst we provide guidance, best practices, and resources for which they often choose to utilise, Sip 'n' Dip Owners operate as they wish, control their marketing strategy, they choose their suppliers, their uniforms, they choose to opt into resources like our policies and procedures if it suits their operations and the liability is held by each individual. Sip 'n' Dip Licensees enjoy the complete freedom of running their business their way.
We do not charge an entry fee to join, we charge royalties on the use of our intellectual property for products and services sold through our brand paid weekly.
When you speak with a Sip 'n' Dip owner, you are speaking to the person who owns the business. The flexibility and considerably lower running costs of licensing our intellectual property has opened up an opportunity for those who can not afford to participate in a franchise model to take on a flexible small business where the control is maintained by the operator allowing them to retain the vast majority of their income.
Sip 'n' Dip is in the process of registering a trademark.
If you are considering gaining a licence to use our Brand name and access our intellectual property, please contact us at email@example.com to learn more.
