Below is a list of questions and answers that are commonly asked during periods of increased restrictions:

What does this mean for classes?

Nothing changes for classes, we are expecting them to proceed as planned (a list of classes are above with a notation that will be updated live as the classes are confirmed). Patrons are required to wear a facemask and we will return to spacing attendees according to the 1 person per 4 square metre rule inside our venues and 2 square metres for outside venues as directed by Queensland Health. This will not affect groups (who will still be sat together) or private bookings.

If I have a private booking will it be cancelled?

No, presently private gatherings are restricted to 30 people. We do not have any private gatherings beyond this size booked. In the event that we take a booking a covid event checklist will apply with additional requirements from our side needing to be provided, but the event can still proceed with these requirements in place.

Do I have to wear a mask in class?

Yes, presently you do need to wear a mask to class per the Queensland Health Advice.

What happens if I exhibit cold and/or flu symptoms?

You must follow Queensland Healths' directives and not attend your class. You can find out more about what happens with your ticket here.

What happens if I am in another state and the borders close?

You are entitled to credit with a 12-month expiry under the terms and conditions of your ticket.

What happens if we go into lockdown?

Our Lockdown protocol will come into play, as it has each time a lockdown has occurred. You can find our lockdown protocol here. You read how we followed this protocol during the last lockdown here.

Where can I find the terms and conditions of my ticket?
