Here at our Sip and Dip we offer FUN art not FINE art, enjoy a guided learn-to-make class!

We are partnering with Jets to provide an innovative, creative, and fun school holidays program and our Buggy Jars are part of the fun!

No previous experience is required, this is an all-ages event (parents will need to supervise and assist young children who would like to attend but can not follow directions autonomously as our teacher is shared across the group), and we will show you step-by-step what to do!

Included in the price of all tickets on offer on the evening is:

- Your Art class & teacher to guide you

- All the equipment and materials you will need for the class

-A proper kids' meal from their standard menu (served after class - served from 11.30AM)

- a kids drink

- Your self-watering terrarium to make and take!

What will kids learn in class?

This class is done in three parts. The first step will be learning to create a self-watering terrarium inside a 1L sealed mason jar. They will then choose 3 'Buggies' to add to their creation (two for the inside, and one for the lid). Part two will involve painting their lid and attaching their bug to the top finishing off their terrarium. Finally they will enjoy their lunch and drink!

Hows it works?

On arrival head straight to the Jets function room on arrival fill out your meal order sheet and meet yoru teacher, and then head to the bar to pay for your meal and collect your drink. Attach your meal payment docket to the rear of the sheet and pop it in the basket provided in the function room (we will arrange to have this taken to the kitchen for you). Class will start all at once and is timed so please don't rush ahead as you will miss key information about terrarium care and will have and extended wait for your meal to come out when all the others do at the end of the class.

Hows the ticketing work?

You will pay a deposit to hold your spot, and finalise your payment on arrival at the venue at $25 a head which will cover your meal and drink - further drinks are available on arrival.

Traveling with your work

Kids can ride home with it on their laps - you must keep your terrarium upright to ensure you don't move the layers.

There is plenty of parking available on-site at no cost to you.

What to wear to class?

You will be working with art supplies and dirt - combined they will 100% ruin your childs clothing. Please dress your child appropriately. We will provide a plastic disposable apron, however, we recommend and OLD SHIRT AND SHORTS. 

Can I pre-order a meal? Can I just pay for the class and skip a meal?

No you can't pre-order.  The $15 you pay on arrival per child will cover their meal and drink, this fee is not negotiable and forms part of the ticket.

What happens if I can't make it?

You can find the terms and conditions here. For this class you will loose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days, if you cancel outside of 7 days we can offer you a credit transfer to any event listed on this link (https://www.sipndip.com.au/infatuatecreative)  - a $10 fee is charged to issue each ticket resulting from the transfer to cover admin time processing it.
