CAN ADULTS BUY A TICKET?

Yes, you can, provided you are attending with a child. You will be provided the same instruction, same meal options and same materials - this is not a class designed for adults so expectations should reflect that. You can not attend as an adult if you are not attending with a child.

AGES FOR ATTENDEES OF THIS EVENT / PARENTAL SUPERVISION

This is an all-ages event, there is no restriction on age, however, parents must supervise and support younger attendees who can not take instruction/direction autonomously, younger attendees may need your support to complete each step - this is a group class so the teacher can not offer 1x1 supervision, they are tasked with providing guidance and instruction on each step to the group as a whole and support as needed. If your child can not follow instructions or keep up with the steps you will need to sit with your child and assist them with each step - please consider their age and personal capacity when booking as you will be asked to participate and support them if your child is struggling.

STRUCTURE OF THE CLASS

We have allowed for up to 2 hours for this sitting including the meal but the duration will depend on the cohort on the day. The class component of this event depends on your child, it is a structured class but is designed with FUN ART in mind (this is not fine art tuition and expectations should reflect that). Younger students will take longer to follow each step than older attendees in the same way as more particular children will take longer than those who rush their art. We allocate an hour in total for the art. Your Meal service is first on arrival, and your art will commence straight afterward once all kids have eaten. Students who rush their art could be done as soon as 20 minutes after their meal.

CAN YOU INVOICE FOR NDIS PARTICIPANTS

Yes, we can, you will need to book early enough that your payment clears before the event, you must fill out this form.

BLUE CARDS

Our teachers are all positive blue cardholders, parents are however required to stay onsite for the duration of the class but can enjoy a coffee at the venue while their kids participate in their art activity provided their children can work autonomously and follow teacher instructions as part of a group.

TRAVELLING WITH YOUR WORK

Your child will have their work on a foam tray, you will be able to carry it home on that tray, and recieve take home clean up kit and instructions. The resin is water-based and cleans up with water.

WHAT'S THE MEAL

The meal options are strictly a choice between pancakes or chicken nuggets and a popper. Unfortunately, you are unable to swap out items for others and the meal is not optional and forms part of the ticket. You can opt not to eat the meal, but the fee is still payable as it covers the venue hire for the venue.
