We provide everything you need in the ticket price.

CLASS FAQ

What plants are available

Customers will be provided with a choice from a collection of  succulents all approx 4cm tall. Succulent type is not guaranteed and  customers will choose from what is available on the day.

Soil & Pregnancy

We do not recommend pregnant persons to complete this class due to risks with working with soil when pregnant.

Parking

At this time of day, there is ample street parking available directly opposite the venue and more behind the building.

What to wear to class?

Please keep in mind  that you are working with soil and dress appropriately for an art class.

Can I pre-order a meal?

No, the venue provides a special discounted menu for Sip 'n' Dip  Classes. If you have special dietary requirements you can contact  Stellarossa.

What happens if I can't make it?

You can find the terms and conditions here. For this class you will loose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days.    We do have an optional ticket add-on that 

allows you to purchase    deposit protection meaning you can transfer your ticket to another   class  on our roster right up until the start of the event. If you need    flexibility in your booking please choose this option the fee is  $8.50

What size is this class

This class may vary from 10-35 people depending on any given night. We send additional teachers when class sizes are larger.

It is our responsibility to publish these terms and conditions and  make them easily accessible, and your responsibility as the client to  read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing your ticket to  ensure you agree with them. This includes terms and conditions that  relate to bad weather, COVID 19, Lockdowns,Cancellations, intellectual property & refunds.

Due to the high number of no-shows and the financial implications  that no-shows have on our business, we adhere to this policy to the  letter and will not deviate from our agreed policy.

You can purchase buyer protection (Premium Deposit) for an  additional $8.50 per ticket. Buyer protection allows the ticket holder  to transfer out of the class at any time before class start time  provided they email toowoomba@sipndip.com.au prior to class commencing.
