Please arrive a few minutes early so you can meet your fellow sip n dippers, grab a seat and unwind and soak up the chilled vibe before the class starts.
Plenty of free parking at all of our venues, a reminder that classes are designed as time out to allow people to unwind, you are welcome to bring your kids (if they are registered ticket holders) but we encourage you to leave toddlers and babies with babysitters and enjoy an experience off the tools and allow others to do the same.
If you are a creative at heart and want to go off the beaten track with your piece, we are absolutely supporting you to do that!

Lunch
The meal is served during your class between choosing colours and when the resin portion of the evening commences. An example of what might be available is as follows, for special dietary requirements please contact the venue direct for available options. Meal options may change from event to event or based on seasonal supply :
- 200gm Rump steak with chips, salad & your choice of sauce.
- Oven Baked barramundi with lemon butter, served with Chips & Salad.
- Chicken Parmigiana, served with Chips & Salad.
- Chicken Caeser salad.
- Thai pumpkin and tofu curry, served with broccolini, rice and crispy chickpeas. (V) (VG)

There are a few things to be aware of for every booking and you can find them below:
HOW LONG ARE CLASSES
Generally speaking:
- Sip 'n' Paint - 2 Hours
- Resin classes - 1-1.5 hours
- Maker Classes 1-1.5 Hours
If a meal is involved you add an hour to eat.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
You will be provided with an art station for your class, this will include all the materials you will need to complete the finished piece. Depending on the venue we also offer a meal and/or drink option. Please refer to your ticket for more information.
Parking can be located under Soul or on the streets surrounding. We recommend leaving an extra 15 minutes if you plan to use street parking.
A reminder this is designed as a night out to allow people to unwind, you are welcome to bring your kids (if they are registered ticket holders) but we encourage you to leave toddlers and babies with babysitters and enjoy an awesome night off the tools and allow others to do the same.
CURING YOUR RESIN
Your resin must remain in a pest/hair/dust/pet free level location for 7 days. within 18 hours your resin will be hard to touch on the surface, hard is not cured (ore food grade) - your resin must remain unused in the above conditions until a cure has been achieved (7 days after your pour). We recommend protecting your work with the box your side table comes in by placing it on the top to cover your resin.

It is our responsibility to publish these terms and conditions and make them easily accessible, and your responsibility as the client to read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing your ticket to ensure you agree with them.
This includes terms and conditions that relate to bad weather, COVID 19, Lockdowns, Cancellations, intellectual property & refunds. Due to the high number of no shows and the financial implications that no shows have on our business we adhere to this policy to the letter and will not deviate from our agreed policy.

USING A GIFT-CARD TO PAY
If you are using a gift card to pay for your ticket please book in using the ‘manual payment’ option on our website, then forward your ticket email confirmation to accounts@sipndip.com.aualong with your gift card information. We will manually mark your ticket as paid from our end and decommission the gift card from our end.
