The Details

Sip 'n' Dip's Annual Micro Artisan Markets are back!

Bookings are essential - To apply to be a stall holder at our market please use this application form. Once you have applied for a stall, you will be advised within 24 hours (we are required to check your stall is not competing with an existing stall holder before approving your application).

What we are looking for:

- Hand Makers (the stock you are selling is handmade)

- Artisan Vendors (you bring something interesting and different to our marketplace)

- Artists (people who wish to sell their art)

Promotion:

Once you have booked your stall, paid for your fee, submitted your insurance and have been approved, we will commence promoting you on our Facebook page (25k likes locally) and the Instagram page (17k followers locally) please forward any marketing collateral to hello@sipndip.com.au and we will schedule posts.

Terms and Conditions

Stall holders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Stallholder fees are non-refundable, if you are unable to make your booking for ANY REASON you agree to forfeit your fee due to the work involved in the curation of the market day. This is considered a change of mind under the ACCC ruling, no exceptions will be made.

Insurance

You are required to hold your own public liability insurance to 10 Million. Please email hello@sipndip.com.au to finalise your application.

Bump in, Bump out & Time spent on site

You will be able to bump in anytime from 7am, and bump out from 2pm. Vendors agree to remain on site and set up in full while the market is running between 9AM - 2PM. You can not bump out due to OH&S and insurance requirements while the market is in progress.

Set up

A table map has been provided, please choose your preferred spot. Inside spots will have a smaller but airconditioned space 120x60 cm is the table size and tables will be provided. Outside spots require you to BYO a standard folding table for your stall (we can not provide tables for outside spots) These spots are larger but not airconditioned. On arrival, spots will be marked out with chalk.

Rain

This market will progress regardless of the weather, market stall holders will be set up under the facade of the building, please choose your preferred table space from the map provided. If you choose a stall that backs onto the road and rain is likey you may like to BYO tarp to suspend behind your stall to ensure your stock is not subject to splash back.

Parking

Please park your vehicles on the opposite side of the road ensuring you are not blocking driveways. Vendors can not park on the studio side on the premise that we are supporting foot traffic for paying clients at your stalls.

    Please choose your table from the map provided. BYO table (standard folding table size) this space is not air-conditioned.
