Want to try your hand at painting? Looking for something a little different? Lean into our Black Light Nights and Sip and Paint your way to a glow-in-the-dark creation!

This event is a fusion of sip and paint and still life drawing - the whole event is glow in the dark, you will send the hour half an hour running through sketching exercises as your fantastic male nude model Trav runs through a series of poses, followed by an hour of sketching up your final design on canvas then painting it step by step to create your own glow in the dark nude still life custom portrait!

TICKET PRICING

$65  per person attending includes access to the grazing table + a glass of wine + your sip-and-paint nude still life class! ($45 Deposit $20 due at the event) includes:

• 1 glass of beer or wine 
• Access to the grazing table
• Your fabulous painting to create (working with acrylic, neon and phosphorescent paints).
• A4 sketchpad to take home and keep filled with your bude sketches 
• All the materials and equipment you need to paint
• a neat 8 x 10 inch (20x25cm) canvas to take home

$8.50 - Ticket Protection (read below) covers you in the event you can not attend your class for any reason (emergency / covid / illness)

Plenty of free parking available onsite, a reminder that classes are designed as time out to allow people to unwind, you are welcome to bring your kids (if they are registered ticket holders) but we encourage you to leave toddlers and babies with babysitters and enjoy an experience off the tools and allow others to do the same. All attendees must be ticket holders to be admitted to the class.

CAN I BRING FOOD & DRINKS? CAN I ORDER MY MEAL IN ADVANCE?

No, this venue provides food and is licenced so you CAN NOT bring in drinks or meals from outside the venue. The meal is a grazing table  and can not be ordered in advance. If you have special requirements this will considerably limit the options available that you can choose from on the table, please contact the venue direct to find out the seasonal options available at the time of this event. The venue can not accommodate additional requirements but can tell you what you will be able to eat and how it is handled/prepared from what is available.

IS THERE A FEE PAYABLE TO THE VENUE?

Yes, all venues charge a fee. This is a booking fee and is payable on arrival directly to the venue in all instances. All venues offer a meal and a drink deal complimentary as part of this booking fee, in some instances it is a set menu and in others it is a minimum spend, at this venue you are given access to the grazing table provided by the venue. If you choose not to eat the meal, the fee is still payable. This venue has a set menu for $20 and includes a glass of wine.

PREMIUM TICKETS VS STANDARD TICKETS - What is ticket protection?

You may notice that there is an add on for ticket protection at checkout. The more expensive ticket has a fee that is built into it making it a 'Premium Ticket' which allows you to transfer your deposit paid into a credit for use at a later time, provided you email a request to support@sipndip.com.au before the class starts. Standard tickets do not include ticket/deposit protection and are therefore subject to the full standard terms and conditions if you can not attend your event and have not purchased tickets with inbuilt protection. There is a $10 fee to rebook using the resulting credits (please see credit policy).

Ticket protection will not result in a refund, only a credit. Ticket protection covers emergencies and covid, illness or any other reason you can not attend - if you do not purchase ticket protection and you experience an emergency or COVID, you will lose your deposit paid if you can not attend. It is our responsibility to publish these terms and conditions and make them easily accessible, and your responsibility as the client to read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing your ticket to ensure you agree with them. This includes terms and conditions that relate to bad weather, COVID 19, Lockdowns, Cancellations, intellectual property & refunds. Due to the high number of no shows and the financial implications that no shows have on our business we adhere to this policy to the letter and will not deviate from our agreed policy.

CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS OF THEIR WORK

Sip 'n' Dip provides group instruction for fun art classes. This is not fine art tuition and you will not be provided 1x1 instruction. Our classes are geared around going out, enjoying dinner and a glass of wine, and having a great night out with friends. Customers are required to listen to the instructions and follow the technique remembering that they are beginners, this includes handouts. Whilst we set the expectation for advertised photos at a beginner level, in any particular group we will have a range of clients who are given the same instruction, and produce different levels of results. We ask that if you are new to a particular project, it is important to set realistic expectations for your class output. Sip 'n' Dip can not control customers' work, technique or outcomes.

This class is for 18+ years and over as there is a male nude model present.
